		<description>Playing games helps a lot. I love to do it right after I come home. You just shut down for 30 mins or so. 

Your only worry will be how to kill your enemy in the most evil and painful way. Nah, just kidding :D

Also if you are stressed with work trying working while listening to (not so) loud music. Something strong or calm, it&#039;s up to you :)</description>

The post-it method sounds pretty good for work-style things. I&#039;m a little low on the totem pole to really do that, but it&#039;s a great idea.</description>

To actually remove stress, I try to organize what needs to get done and then do them, taking a pseudo-&quot;Getting Things Done&quot; approach.

At work I often make a list on a 3x3 post-it - if someone comes up with something not on the list its either more important than an item on the list or I suggest finding someone else (nicely of course).</description>
